    Otter Products is currently recruiting for a Digital Strategist to join our Digital Marketing team! As the Digital Strategist, you will lead all paid media strategies, set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign performance for dozens of brand and product campaigns simultaneously throughout the calendar year. Through comprehensive research and analysis, you will help to define planning parameters, including budget requirements, target audience definition and much more in order to achieve brand and revenue goals. The Digital Strategist will serve as a key liaison between internal cross-functional teams and external partners such as media agencies, publishers, ad networks and more to ensure programs are within budget, on target, and performing according to pre-defined goals.     Responsibilities

    • Lead media strategy and work alongside agency partner in the creation and implementation of paid media campaigns across social, display, pre-roll, programmatic, site-direct buys, native, sponsored content, OOH, print, TV and more
    • Evaluate all agency recommendations, sponsorship packages and events inclusive of paid media to ensure campaigns ladder up to business goals and strategic priorities of the company
    • Serve as lead media agency contact, fielding advertising requests, key insights and campaign planning parameters from internal stakeholders while ensuring timely requests for, and delivery of, creative assets and more
    • Project manage every detail and deliverable from brief, to execution, to wrap reports for all campaigns
    • Work closely with product and brand leads to understand and evaluate marketing needs
    • Assist in strategy and planning sessions, including but not limited to, market research analysis, revenue forecasting, sales team support, new product development and more
    • Utilize attribution models to better understand and communicate the effect of all advertising programs as they relate to both offline and online sales
    • Support Integrated Marketing (social, PR, events, and digital) by identifying opportunities to amplify and optimize existing efforts
    • Closely collaborate with Integrated Marketing to facilitate alignment and ensure campaigns are well-rounded and ladder up to company objectives
    • Support larger cross-function marketing teams by providing clear direction for anything from tracking pixel needs to creative best practices, and ongoing education on the role of digital and paid media in the larger marketing mix
    • Develop specific KPIs, in order to measure performance in real-time and forecast expected results
    • Co-lead Integrated Marketing team reporting, working with both internal stakeholders and external partners to integrate data across multiple channels for any campaigns inclusive of advertising
    • Advise, mentor, assist and collaborate with global marketing teams, to ensure digital programs continue to improve on a global scale
    • Independently stay up-to-date on industry trends and proactively recommend the latest and greatest, including beta tools, new tech, trending platforms, etc. to improve the effectiveness of advertising investments
    • Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment
    • Other duties as required

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
    • Minimum of four years of digital marketing, digital strategy and/or media buying/planning experience is required
    • In-depth knowledge of AdWords, Paid Social platforms, DSPs and Google Analytics preferred
