    • Perform secretarial and administrative duties to support vice president level positions
    • Manage schedules, arrange appointments, travel (may involve international), meetings, conference calls, expenses, etc.
    • Manage multiple calendars that may involve international components
    • May coordinate activities between departments, external partners, as well as assisting with companywide events
    • Arrange department/business unit meetings, responsible for notetaking and action item follow up
    • May be involved in supporting activities involved in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for assigned departments
    • Additional project work as needed
    • Other duties as required


    • Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
    • Minimum three years of work experience including two years in an administrative support role required.
    • Experience with calendar management, event planning, and/or presentation preparation preferred.
