    Responsibilities

    • Administratively support the effective and efficient execution of the Otter Relations function for maximum employee engagement and candidate experience
    • Act as first point of contact for all OR related queries
    • Partner with hiring managers to develop clear and concise job summaries
    • Utilise an applicant tracking system to post  open jobs (internally and externally) and conduct initial candidate screening against job requirements
    • Coordinate the flow of candidates through the interview process and provide continuous communication to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
    • Facilitate new hire orientation, on -boarding efforts and training
    • Maintain a fluid system for employee data recordkeeping
    • Administer OR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, absenteeism, probationary and performance reviews, change letters, payroll, pension etc.
    • Coordinate  monthly and bi-weekly payroll process across EMEA, liaising with external service providers and finance team where required
    • Coordinate and maintain appropriate processes as they relate to hiring, benefit administration, coaching/counselling and employee relations
    • Provide administrative support to the development and implementation of Otter Products people strategy & OR initiatives across the business
    • Support the execution of  Otter Products internal communication strategy with consistent and effective employee communication
    • Assist  our Legal team and the Otter Relations Manager in the review and revision of company policies
    • Produce  a variety of reports as required
    • Promote a positive employee culture by modeling Otter Products core values
    • Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment
    • General OR administration support and ad hoc duties as required

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (HR related would be preferred) or minimum of 2+ years’ experience in the people services field is required
    • Strong hands-on experience in all aspects of HR administration and support (1-2 years)-preferably in a fast paced, performance-driven environment is essential
    • Prior experience with an HRIS database is highly desirable
    • Demonstrable experience of consistent professional, positive, and approachable attitude/demeanor, and discretion and sensitivity in handling information
    • Ability to work cross functionally as well as with many levels within the organization
    • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong commitment to customer service
    • Work effectively under pressure, handling multiple tasks and changing priorities
    • Ability to work independently with strong initiative
    • Willingness to learn and evolve with an every changing department, company and field
    • Computer literacy with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
    • Fluent written & verbal English is required. Another European language would be highly desirable.
