    We are seeking a Channel (Trade) Marketing Assistant, EMEA to take on a challenge within our fast-growing company, support the business throughout our retail and online channels.  The Channel Marketing Assistant will use an understanding of our consumers as the foundation for everything that they do.

    This role will support the Channel Marketing Manager, EMEA in activating the regional channel strategy, with the overall goal of retail/eTail sell-through and consumer brand awareness, to support revenue goals. They will support the creation of engaging POS and online content, work daily with the sales team to support Channel Partner needs, deliver launch assets on-time, consistently update the ‘channel marketing menu’ and co-ordinate online content for channel partners.

    • Support the execution of customer go-to-market strategies, under the guidance of the Channel Marketing Manager, EMEA
    • Work with the Sales Managers across the EMEA region, supporting the execution of channel activities and events
    • Assist the Channel Marketing Manager, EMEA with strategic initiatives that maximise conversion/attach rates in-store and online with key account partners
    • Support Channel Marketing Manager, EMEA with B2B strategy execution and asset co-ordination
    • Be the central EMEA coordination point for day-to-day channel marketing requests facilitating sales team goals, ensuring timely asset delivery in collaboration with internal Creative team
    • Assist and execute back-up support for sales team for partner opportunities and B2B team, leveraging joint marketing activities with key accounts
    • Co-ordinate projects from start to finish and assure that deliverables are on strategy, on time and on budget
    • Ensure all channel marketing outputs (print/online) and B2B content align with brand and product positioning
    • Co-ordinate and maintain the Channel Marketing Menu based on launches and seasonal variables
    • Efficiently prepare and release sales team Launch kits based on launch roadmap, collaborating with Product Line Manager
    • Monitor and maintain Online Content, including centrally stored brand/product translations.
    • Interact with cross-functional team members as well as external vendor partners and assist with projects supporting brand and client objectives
    • Set-up and co-lead trade/B2B events, brand campaign activation and promotional activities as required
    • Understand the foundation of our consumers and create awareness around the critical touch points along the path-to-purchase, compile insight on customer and field requirements in collaboration with wider Marketing/Creative team
    • Collaborate and co-ordinate the work of external agencies providing clear design
      briefs and optimizing channel marketing projects
    • Administrative duties including sending samples, managing trips with winners/travel agency, PO/finance requests, invoice handling etc
    • Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Channel Marketing Manager


    • Qualification in Marketing (or related) or experience in the field of marketing or marketing agency experience is required
    • Working with multiple brands and/ or projects simultaneously or a range of brands within one company brand umbrella/house of brands is desirable
    • Project management and retail promotion/event management skills are highly desirable
    • Experience in marketing co-ordination for retail, online and B2B partners, delivering successfully on channel partner/sales team requirements
    • Ability to brief graphic/web designers, while maintaining brand consistency and creative skills with an 'eye' for good design
    • "Hands on" mentality with the desire to create something new
    • Independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working and high levels of attention to detail
    • High level of motivation, initiative and team spirit
    • Fluent written and oral English and German. Fluent written and oral French is advantageous but not required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office®
