    This position will have product category responsibility and will be charged with optimizing the digital space for b2b while maximizing profit and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with eCommerce content management systems. We are looking for someone who loves adhering to merchandising best practices to enhance the consumer experience and is able to make recommendations to drive revenue. Excellent written and verbal communications are an absolute must in this role as this individual will be working collaborative with internal and external partners on a daily basis.     Responsibilities

    • Manage the B2B Commercial branded storefront as if they were a store owner. Decide on what products to promote. Manage product categories and new product introduction; optimization of digital space while maximizing growth and conversions. The Merchant is ultimately accountable for reaching the revenue goals as well as maintaining the best brand experience.
    • Assume ownership of product content to ensure alignment across departments; Coordinate visual asset creation with Creative / UX teams; Organize featured product content and related assets on the site
    • Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience and engagement process; optimize the user experience  for research, including lead capture & management for customer prospects
    • Partner with and participate in email, affiliate, SEM, SEO, referrals and social campaigns to drive growth. (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn)
    • Work closely with NPI stakeholders to coordinate digital campaigns to support product launches
    • Communicate online updates and initiatives directly with Customer Service to enhance visibility & awareness
    • Work with product setup team to ensure all elements are setup to go live on the site; Track skus for inventory on a weekly basis to make sure we make available what we have in stock
    • Work with the front-end development team to improve site flow and fix small issues on production which result in less confusion on the site and better customer experience
    • Meta information requests & implementation of new and current product (canonicals, meta descriptions and keywords) in order to increase SEO reach and re-vamp existing product information
    • Work with IT backend development team and software engineering agencies to implement new features and functionality to improve on the consumer experience
    • Work with global teams on major site updates and web support
    • Partner with external software companies to review ROI and build business cases to drive channel growth
    • Manage revenue and margin goals to drive sustainable business growth
    • Coordinate cross-functional team support to drive consumer experience pre-purchase, purchase and post-purchase communications
    • Partner closely with Commercial Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and IT teams to manage the planning, documentation, communication & execution of a phased web marketing strategy to support the launch of a new services segment
    • Develop business plan with key milestones, revenue goals, and strategy for new commercial web services
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing leadership to communicate priorities, establish key marketing strategies, and execute through a hub-spoke model to various SME teams (creative, comms, digital, event, etc)
    • Responsible for leading project briefs and driving forward cross-functional work on web messaging, customer & consumer engagement, paid/owned/earned media, digital experience, and other marketing levers
    • Other duties as required

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Marketing or Business related field preferred.
    • Minimum four years of e-commerce related work experience required.
    • Experience in positioning Business to business (B2B) Products & Solutions and expertise in business verticals (Enterprise, Education, SMB, Government) preferred.
