    The Supply Chain Coordinator works within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to maintain data, compile information and coordinate tasks around suppliers.

    Responsibilities

    • Administrative support in the Agile Price Cost Module
    • Assist in creating and updating pricing in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
    • Provide assistance to Commodity Managers and Cost Engineering with spend analytics
    • Perform data analysis on large data sets and provide insights and key findings
    • Work with the Commodity Managers to create, distribute, and analyze Request for Quotes (RFQ)
    • Work with Commodity Managers, Buyers, and Product Managers to drive a world class Approved Vendor List (AVL)
    • Assist in onboarding, evaluating, and auditing potential suppliers
    • Participate in process improvement projects and initiatives
    • Organize new product testing on materials and products
    • Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment
    • Other duties as required

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required. Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related degree preferred. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
    • Minimum one year in supply chain or related experience required.
    • Experience in manufacturing preferred.
