The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for developing and directing recruiting strategies that identify and attract high-caliber candidates that will represent Otter’s core values. The ideal candidate will utilize their passion for recruiting and model servant leadership to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and hiring managers. This role will lead and support a team of amazing recruiters and ultimately contribute to the success of the overall goals for the Otter Relations team.
The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of recruiting principles and practices, strong system experience and a proven ability to think and act strategically while still capable of digging in to the day to day work.
