    Otter Products is currently recruiting for an Otter Relations (Human Resources) Operations Specialist to join our crazy fun team. The Otter Relations Operations Specialist will partner with all departments in the Otter Relations (OR) team to create a simplified and seamless experience for Otters and for OR team members through enhancing operational efficiency and support. The OR Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting all areas of OR.  

     

    The ideal candidate will have an intermediate knowledge of HR including recruitment practices, basic employment law and benefits administration as well as general business knowledge. Does this sound like you? If so, you may be just the Otter we’re looking for!

    Responsibilities

    • Complete employee change notification and identify areas of efficiency in regards to employee changes and notifications, to include bonus letters and change letters
    • Provide general recruitment support throughout the year with an average of five requisitions at a time
    • Provide general New Otter Experience (NOE) support (i.e. first day photos, room setup, facilitation, etc.)
    • Administer the performance management administration process within Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD)
    • System administration support and data integrity for our core HR systems
    • Provide external learning and development consultants support and assist with scheduling learning opportunities
    • Act as the liaison between OR and internal communications
    • Responsible for LinkedIn Social presence administration and posting
    • Support the Benefits team as needed with open enrollment and various other initiatives
    • Back up for I9 paperwork completion and employee file set up
    • May be assigned additional project opportunities within Otter Relations
    • Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment
    • Other duties as required

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR related field preferred
    • 1-2 years of experience in HR related field preferred (recruitment, benefits, employee relations or learning and development)
