The Role


The Marketing Specialist, Content Management is keen to learn the business' needs. A creative and strategic storyteller who is responsible for bringing voices to brands that connect to APAC consumers and partners, by developing compelling content and leveraging the best available assets from the global team, especially for Australia, Japan and China. This team member is part of the Channel and Content Marketing Team.


  • Leverage global assets to form APAC relevant content that inspires and excites our consumers and channel partners to enhance purchase journey and serve business needs
  • Work proactively with in-house designer to ensure high quality regional content development with cross functional teams, external partners and venders to deliver assets on time for product launch and promotions
  • Prepare and refine APAC content calendar based on feedback from internal and external stakeholder, understand the industry updates, trends and competitor landscape to maximise the efficiency of project deliverables
  • Budget tracking across all initiatives, with reoccurring efforts to analyze ROI on activities, maintain marketing reports and trackers
  • Identify collaboration opportunities to create assets that align with our brand values, to drive awareness globally
  • Good understanding of how content and communication plays into regional marketing strategy to meet the team goal and targets

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • A minimum of five years of experience in lifestyle-based consumer business, experience in B2B content development is an additional benefit
  • Proven experience in copywriting and translating marketing materials - English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. Japanese is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to manage projects independently including planning, production, execution and communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to judge priorities and provide alternative solutions to meet the project objectives and expectations
  • Highly organized with an ability to multi-task with flexibility to handle ad hoc marketing projects
  • A moderate command of image editing – resizing, filetypes and basic Photoshop
