The Role

 

The Marketing Operations Specialist is keen to learn the business needs. A strategic project owner with global mindset, who is passionate to bring our brands to life in Asia Pacific through diverse marketing projects. This team member is part of the Channel and Content Marketing Team, APAC, based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing project from inception to completion, develop workflow and coordinate quality check to ensure quality and brand consistence
  • Partner with in-house designer, agency and vendor to ensure high quality regional content and related deliverables are available on time for product launch and promotions
  • Be the campaign/ project expert to work closely with cross-functional teams. Organize regular meeting and communication to facilitate alignment and to enable projects are moving through the pipeline in a timely manner
  • Actively monitor project risks and scope creep to identify potential concerns and solutions
  • Assist in budget tracking across projects, with reoccurring efforts to analyze ROI on activities, maintain marketing reports and trackers

  • US & EMEA Marketing colleagues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • 5-year work experience in lifestyle-based consumer/ FMCG
  • Proven experience in copywriting and translate marketing materials - English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese
  • Strong stakeholder management skills. The ability to manage project independently
  • Constantly prioritizing tasks across multiple projects. Ability to provide alternatives solutions to meet the project objectives and expectations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A good team member with an ability to multi-task and flexible to handle ad hoc marketing project
