The Role


The Senior Marketing Specialist, Commercial and Asset Management manages strategic commercial marketing plan and content to drive demand and enhance customer journey through online and offline channels. This team member is part of Channel and Content Marketing Team, APAC, based in Hong Kong.


  • Collaborate closely with Product Team and Regional Sales Managers to facilitate the development of customer focused solution, to assist customer purchase
  • Develop commercial communication calendar and high quality relevant content to generate commercial business leads and support revenue growth in the region across different channels
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholder to understand the industry updates, trends and competitor landscape to maximise the efficiency of deliverables constantly
  • Budget tracking across all projects and initiatives, with reoccurring efforts to analyze ROI on activities, maintain marketing reports and trackers
  • Connect with e-commerce team closely to develop marketing tactics for B2B sales online
  • Own and manage the commercial marketing proposal and evaluation

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years relevant regional marketing experience gained within B2B environment
  • A great storyteller with exceptional B2B writing skills in English and Chinese, ability to merge the best of Product and Marketing support to convey a strong consolidated offering to partners. Proficiently in other Asian language is highly preferred
  • A good team member with strong planning and project management skills
  • Analytical mind with positive attitude and strong skills in priority setting
  • Practical experience in CRM and marketing automation technologies
