The Accountant I will utilize general business knowledge to work cross functionally throughout the organization to perform general accounting duties such as general ledger accounting, accounts payable, P-Card management, revenue share accounting, cost accounting, tax accounting, and more!


The successful candidate will have previous experience using the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, the ability to learn new systems quickly, and will preferably have prior experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems software.  Does this sound like you?   • Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts
  • Analyze and prepare various general ledger account reconciliations and analysis
  • Prepare journal entries and participate in monthly close process
  • Perform general accounting needs including but not limited to general ledger, accounts payable, P-Card management, revenue share, cost, and tax
  • Ensure the proper and timely coding of all invoices to keep financial records updated and accurate
  • Perform expense analysis for management review after period close every month
  • Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports
  • Respond to information requests, review financial statements, and assist with audits
  • Perform ad hoc accounting requests from the business and perform analysis as required
  • Work cross functionally to complete various accounting tasks and duties
  • Participate in accounting projects as necessary
  • Maintain security of financial information by following internal controls
  • Contribute to the development and review of process documentation
  • Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment
  • Other duties as required


  • Bachelor’s Degree is required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered. Degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of accounting experience is required.
  • Proficiency with using Microsoft Office Suite products is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system software is preferred.

USD $47,000.00/Yr.

For US Based Roles Only - Compensation Range Maximum

USD $58,000.00/Yr.
