Overview

Otter Products is recruiting for a Sr. Global Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Fort Collins, CO. This position can work remotely a few days a week.

 

As the Senior Global Supply Planner, you will create and maintain global new product introduction (NPI) project launch supply plans to meet customer needs and ensure best in class cost and delivery. This individual collaborates with tooling engineering and commodity management teams to ensure Otter’s supply chain key global work centers can support all NPI project schedules and throughput requirements. You will be responsible for loading, maintaining and communicating global demand load and weekly project level supplier forecast. In this role, you will be accountable for defining and determining global material flows to best support cost, time to market and quality delivery for all regional planning teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for global aggregate capacity planning and management at Otter Products’ key global work centers
• Responsible for global demand plan system load ensuring distribution requirements are met for proper demand plan consumption
• Creates and maintains project level supply plans from roadmap entry through product launch representing global product launch strategies while ensuring plan is attainable and meeting cost and delivery requirements
• Responsible for supplier forecast and communicating requirements to suppliers
• Work closely with demand planning, commodity management and project management teams to understand business shifts, improve forecast accuracy, and ensure valid project schedules and expectations
• Ensure regional alignment to global production and allocation plans, resolve significant allocation issues during execution, mediate discussions between regional supply planners, regional demand planners, sales leadership
• Create and manage global blanket transfer requests, stocking levels, aged and EOL processes, and regional allocations within the Global Hub
• Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered
  • Minimum of five years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related field required
  • ERP and MRP experience required

USD $73,600.00/Yr.

For US Based Roles Only - Compensation Range Maximum

USD $100,000.00/Yr.
