Overview

The Channel Marketing Coordinator reports to the Channel Marketing Manager. The role centres on activating the regional channel strategy, with the overall goal of retail/eTail sell-through and consumer brand awareness, to support revenue goals.  The Channel Marketing Coordinator will support the creation of engaging POS and digital shopping content, working daily with the sales team to support Channel Partner needs, whilst delivering launch assets on-time to service the EMEA and APAC markets.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the execution of customer go-to-market strategies, under the guidance of the Channel Marketing Manager across the Otter Products International
  • Partner cross-functionally within marketing to ensure online channel partner Key Accounts are equipped with best-in-class digital content to support driving revenue.
  • Partner with the channel marketing manager to provide inhouse guidance on channel marketing content, collaborating with colleagues and partners on optimising the retail and online shopping experience.
  • Ensure Amazon content is optimized across all key partner eTail.
  • Ensure digital partner content is optimised and consistently maintained on IceCat content syndication system.
  • Provide digital and retail merchandising guidance, to support partners in driving sales.
  • Work with the Sales Managers across the regions, supporting the execution of channel activities and events, and day-to-day requests, linked to Key Accounts, guided by Channel Marketing Manager.
  • Develop training content (partnering with sales / brand team / design); co-ordinate and execute videos for Key Account partners to support digital based training custom to partner ranging/requirements.
  • Expand on non-Key account service offering to foster partner relationships, supporting revenue maximisation.
  • Coordinate with non-Key Account B2B partners in enhancing their digital content and optimise communications channels to drive awareness of OtterBox and boost attach rates.
  • Deliver portfolio of partner case studies (print/digital/video) for B2B, to support sales goals.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of monthly channel marketing updates, sales tools and partner pitch deck including market insights (co-ordinating with key cross-functional departments).
  • Co-ordination of translated content / assets for channel partners; ensuring copy is readily available to support business needs based on key launches.
  • Support the Channel Marketing Manager on strategic initiatives that maximise conversion/attach rates in-store and online, with key account partners.
  • Co-ordinate and maintain the Channel Marketing Menu based on launches and seasonal variables.
  • Support with Channel Marketing Manager on trade/B2B events, brand campaign activation and promotional activities as required.
  • Run assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring that outputs are relevant, on time and on budget.
  • Administrative duties including sending samples, managing trips with winners/travel agency, PO/finance requests, invoice handling etc.
  • Travel opportunities (ex: trade shows, B2B events, customer meetings, internal team meetings/QBR, agency meetings).
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Qualification in Marketing or related field required. Experience in retail, online, or B2B in lieu of degree will also be considered.
  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience in Channel (Trade) marketing is required.
  • Creative, independent, solution-oriented, analytically minded and structured way of working and high levels of attention to detail.
  • High level of motivation, initiative and team spirit.
  • Fluent written and oral English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
