Otter Products is hiring for a Chief Revenue Officer to join our Executive Leadership team in Fort Collins, CO.

 

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing and driving revenue growth through all Sales channels and teams. In this role you will act as a thought leader for the company’s revenue strategy, including all aspects of E-commerce, business development, and customer engagement and retention. This role will be responsible for the strategy, revenue, and full P&L across all categories they lead. The Chief Revenue Officer will model executive-level strategic leadership and hold team members accountable to our core values.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team and Otter Products Board to align sales strategies for company growth and profitability and improve overall organizational performance.
  • Responsible for developing, establishing, and delivering a clear vision and strategy for future revenue growth. This will encompass short-term and long-term planning and prioritization.
  • Act as a thought-leader for Otter Products while leading high-performing teams across all revenue channels.
  • Provides ongoing dialogue, coaching, mentoring, guidance, and performance management to a team of people leaders to reinforce and develop strong people manager capability.
  • Inspire collaborative efforts between Sales and the go to market team, including Marketing, Product, and Merchandising, to align strategies toward driving revenue growth.
  • Oversee the organization’s sales strategy and objectives, including collaborating on, developing, and executing integrated sales initiatives that differentiate the organization’s products and services, as well as guide transformation efforts to identify new opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Establish and manage adherence to performance metrics and processes such as lead generation, prospecting, sales pipeline, sales processes, evaluation of technology solutions, including CRM, consultative selling skills, and market development.
  • Responsible for all sales customer relationships, including negotiating on Otters behalf. Strive to ensure our customers and prospects in our current and target geographies realize the full benefit of the multiple solutions the company has to offer.
  • Inspire sales team members; set clear expectations and communicate individual and team roles in achieving the organizational revenue strategy.
  • Work with Finance and Sales to create sales projections and set goals for each Product Category.
  • Demonstrate a passion for financial leadership by acquiring technical knowledge and strong financial acumen.
  • Develop and oversee P&L, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Support and maintain a positive safety culture by being an active leader in all safety program initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA Preferred.
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience including sales, business development, sales operations, and P&L ownership is required.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a senior management or executive level role required.

USD $310,000.00/Yr.

For US Based Roles Only - Base Compensation Range Maximum

USD $400,000.00/Yr.
