Otter Products is currently recruiting for a Director, National Sales to join our Sales team! This role can be based out of our Fort Collins, CO headquarters or fully remotely in the contiguous United States. This role requires travel up to 50% of the time, traveling to customer sites, trade shows and more.
The Director, National Sales leads a team of sales professionals responsible for the strategic direction, sales, and account management for the retail sales channel. This role will be responsible for developing strategic plans and resource allocation, using extensive knowledge of the business, sales techniques, and strategic planning to attain overall revenue and profitability targets to achieve company objectives. Additionally, the Director, National Sales applies advanced leadership skills and a servant leadership mindset to support the professional growth of their direct reports and the broader sales team.
