Otter Products is hiring for a Sr. Creative Specialist for Brand & Social Strategy, to join our Brand Marketing team in Fort Collins, CO. This role can work a hybrid schedule.

 

As the Sr. Creative Specialist, you will support the development of cohesive, brand-forward creative across marketing channels. This role bridges Brand and Social teams to help translate campaign concepts into social-first content while supporting visual strategy, content production and brand consistency across all touchpoints.

• Create new and curate existing content to assist in the building of the social calendar in alignment with overall brand calendars, objectives and larger creative strategy
• Collaborate with the Social team to align assets with the broader Creative team’s art direction for all content including product launches, promotions and larger company campaigns  
• Bridge the look and feel of OtterBox’s visual brand across consumer touchpoints online 
• Assist in the visual planning and implementation of long-term brand strategy and campaigns for internal teams and external agencies 
• Assist in producing content for the Creative team to utilize within broader marketing channels 
• Support in art direction and concept development for marketing promo, evergreen, and launch campaigns and ensure cohesion across channels with a specific focus on organic social 
• Assist in execution of creative content, including, but not limited to, marketing assets, brand assets, retail displays and social content. 
• Capture and produce content at internal and external events, including concepting, shot-list development, photography/video capture, and real-time content creation. 
• Contribute to the development and evolution of brand visual guidelines and ensure creative executions align with established standards while continuing to push the brand forward creatively. 
• Provide thoughtful creative feedback that elevates the quality and consistency of design, photography, video, copy, and social storytelling. 
• Help identify and implement workflows and creative processes that improve team efficiency, communication, and quality of output. 
• Source and collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, and production partners to support creative initiatives and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables. 
• Stay informed on social, design, fashion, lifestyle, and cultural trends to bring fresh, relevant creative thinking to campaigns and content development. 
• Support art direction across shoots and content productions, including creative references, styling guidance, composition, and visual storytelling. 
• Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field required. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 
• Minimum of five years of experience in marketing production, including managing creative projects and working with vendors required.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma required.
• Previous experience at an agency or in-house agency with production experience is preferred. 
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality marketing materials on time and within budget.
