Otter Products EMEA are seeking a passionate and driven Online Sales and Marketing Administrator, to take on a challenge within our fast-growing company, supporting the Amazon EMEA business and team. This role can be based in Spain, France, Germany, UK or Ireland and will support our Amazon Sales Teams through the maintenance and administration of the product creation process, ensuring that all content is accurate across all products and categories and presented in a manner that is easily visible and translatable to our customers across EMEA.   This Otter will be responsible for content loading and execution of promotions and NPIs across all Amazon EMEA countries sites with the ultimate objective to support the company’s revenue goals.   You will support the product launch process, pricing and product content. You will collaborate daily with the team coordinating online sales across EMEA interacting with the marketing graphic team to deliver launch assets on time and help execute product launches timely and with top quality. Otter Products is looking for a Controller to join our Finance and Accounting team. This role will be based in our Fort Collins, CO office with the option to work a hybrid schedule.   The Controller will lead and manage the accounting function, including external reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, and the global accounting shared services function. The Controller also provides a direct link between the company executives and the department directors regarding monthly financial reviews and status reports, including areas of opportunity and weakness.

Otter Products is recruiting for an Equipment Operator to join our amazing Distribution Center team in Frederick, Colorado! As the Equipment Operator, you will apply standard operating procedures to support distribution center operations. You will be responsible for participating in the coordination of products in preparation for distribution, and may partner with the inventory team to manage inventory including discrepancies. As the Equipment Operator, you will safely operate equipment, including but not limited to: forklift, electric pallet jack (EPJ), order picker, Turret, etc. in accordance with OSHA and Otter Products protocols. You will also safely operate Otter leased vehicles, including box trucks, between the distribution centers.   *Available Shift: Friday through Sunday, 5:45 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. in Frederick, Colorado*

Otter Products is currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our sales team. This position can be based in Fort Collins, CO or Minneapolis, MN! Estimated travel is up to 25%.   As the Account Manager supporting Target, your role role will develop and manage existing account relationships for Otter Products. This role collaborates with the National Account Manager to develop and implement account(s) strategy and will manage day-to-day sales activity with a focus on operational management, sales strategy and revenue drivers. The Account Manager will make decisions for their assigned account(s) that will impact the success of the organization. This is an individual contributor role.

This role can be based at our Fort Collins, CO headquarters or work fully remote anywhere in the contiguous United States.    As the Vice President, Digital Commerce, you will be responsible for developing and directing an overarching e-commerce strategy across all customer digital touchpoints, including online and mobile.   In this role you will own responsibility for the e-commerce P&L and assure consistent brand execution and optimized customer conversion on Otter Products' web properties to drive incremental sales and profit growth. You will possess extensive experience and expert understanding of e-commerce as well as managing transactional e-commerce sites. Beyond your role as the commercial leader for the e-commerce business, it will be imperative that you, as a key leader, play an integral role in the broader omni-channel business model.   As this is a people leader role, you will drive a culture of high performance and accountability, managing and developing your team to excel at the responsibilities of the eCommerce function.

In this role you will join our Application Integrations team, designing/developing/testing integrations that automate the flow of data between enterprise applications, vendors, and our B2B customers.  This position contributes to the maintenance of existing integrations, as well as the architecture and implementation of new integrations.    You will leverage MuleSoft to build scalable integrations between Otter business systems including Infor, Salesforce, AgilePLM, and our custom-built service layer in AWS.  A successful candidate must have a strong desire to work on both existing integrations as well as greenfield development and architecture.   This position is critical to our existing and future organic and non-organic growth as a company, and we are seeking someone excited to make a tangible impact on our ecosystem. You can be based 100% remote in the US or in our Fort Collins, CO office.

Otter Products is currently recruiting for a Sr. Data Engineer. You can be based in our Fort Collins, CO office with flexibility to work a portion of your time remotely, or 100% Remote in the U.S.   The Sr. Data Engineer will play a pivotal role in building and operationalizing the minimally inclusive data necessary for the enterprise data initiatives following industry standard practices and tools. The bulk of the Sr. Data Engineer’s work would be in designing, managing and optimizing data pipelines and then moving these data pipelines effectively into production for key data and analytics consumers like business/data analysts, data scientists or any persona that needs curated data for data and analytics use cases across the enterprise. The Sr. Data Engineer also needs to guarantee compliance with data governance and data security requirements while creating, improving and operationalizing these integrated and reusable data pipelines. This would enable faster data access, integrated data reuse and vastly improved time-to-solution for data and analytics initiatives. Additionally, the Sr. Data Engineers will also be expected to collaborate with data scientists, data architects, data analysts and other data consumers and work on the models and algorithms developed by them in order to optimize them for data quality, security and governance and put them into production leading to potentially large productivity gains.

You can be based in our Fort Collins, CO office with flexibility to work a portion of your time remotely, or 100% Remote in the U.S. In this role you will plan, develop, implement, and maintain environmental regulation compliance capabilities for Otter Products in accordance with local, national, and international standards as related to our products. With limited supervisory oversight, you’ll exercise judgement to develop plans and criteria toward setting and achieving objectives to ensure our products and/or processes follow the required legal compliance frameworks on a global scale.
