Otter Products is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Cork team! This is an exciting role, with the opportunity for a savvy designer to make their mark on a global brand and be a part of an exciting, multi-functional design team.
This Otter will creatively support Otter Product’s vision to drive brand recognition, consumer engagement and increase sales. They will work cross-functionally to create marketing and sales materials to deliver successful visual communications for both B2B and B2C campaigns – ensuring best-in-class representation across retail/online sales channels and events.
The successful candidate will report to the Design Team Lead but will also have a strong connection to the Sales and Marketing teams across the company, as well as occasional dialog with our colleagues in the U.S. This role is firmly based on supporting the creative drive to deliver strong brand-inspired visual content for the business’ global markets, guided by the established brand direction. The Graphic Designer will be capable of being a collaborative team member as well as working on their own initiative.

This role will work cross-functionally to partner with other supervisors, associate managers and managers throughout the supply chain functional area to maintain best in class operations and work to implement process improvements as necessary. The Distribution Operations Supervisor role will partner with associate managers and managers to maintain a healthy culture and uphold strong employee performance. This role may be assigned to scheduling, manual, automation or distribution center (DC). This is a people leader role.
