This role can be based in Spain, France, Germany, UK or Ireland and will support our Amazon Sales Teams through the maintenance and administration of the product creation process, ensuring that all content is accurate across all products and categories and presented in a manner that is easily visible and translatable to our customers across EMEA.
This Otter will be responsible for content loading and execution of promotions and NPIs across all Amazon EMEA countries sites with the ultimate objective to support the company’s revenue goals.
You will support the product launch process, pricing and product content. You will collaborate daily with the team coordinating online sales across EMEA interacting with the marketing graphic team to deliver launch assets on time and help execute product launches timely and with top quality. Otter Products is hiring for a Distribution Center Trainer to join our amazing team! As the Distribution Center Trainer, you will apply previous work experience to develop, coordinate, and conduct training programs at the Distribution Centers (DCs) to align with standard operating procedures and OSHA regulations. In this role, you will work closely with DC leadership and the Preventative Maintenance and Safety teams to identify training needs, assist with and support preparing curriculum and cadence, the scheduling of classes, and managing and maintaining training completion records to ensure compliance with internal and/or OSHA requirements. As the Distribution Center Trainer, you will also be responsible for training new Otters and Contract staff assigned to job functions requiring the use of equipment or machines, safely and efficiently.

In this role you will join our Application Integrations team, developing integrations that automate the flow of data between enterprise applications, vendors, and our B2B customers. Otter Products is looking for a Sr. Test Technician to join our Engineering and Liviri Team on a short-term basis. This position's duration will be 6 months. This role will be primarily based at our Fort Collins Distribution Center test lab while also working occasionally at our downtown Fort Collins, CO test lab.
The Product Testing Team plays a key role to ensure quality of Otter Products core products and new technologies through testing. The Sr. Test Technician works closely with Test Engineering, Design Engineering and Sales teams to facilitate product application and operations testing in support of Liviri Technical Sales needs. The Sr. Test Technician will be responsible for performing testing, collecting data, interpreting data, and communicating results. The Sr. Test Technician will assist in the improvement and/or creation of test methods and test fixtures. The Sr. Test Technician will identify areas for efficiency improvements in all aspects of their job and lead the implementation of these improvements. The Sr. Test Technician should be able to train and mentor others on commonly used systems and processes as well as ensure compliance with test, safety, and security procedures. The Sr. Test Technician should strive for outstanding customer service for our internal and external customers and will receive guidance from test engineers, their manager, and other internal customers regarding their work. The Sr. Test Technician maintains the lab to minimize preventable downtime.
