Otter Products is looking for an Organizational Development (OD) Program Manager to join our Human Resources (AKA Otter Relations) team in Fort Collins, CO. This position is on a hybrid schedule and can work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.   The Organizational Development (OD) Program Manager serves as a trusted advisor responsible for leading global programs that focus on driving key initiatives throughout the organization. In partnership with business leaders and Human Resources (HR) partners, the OD Program Manager is involved in the design, development, and delivery of various Organizational Development (OD) and Learning and Development (L&D) solutions such as engagement, performance management, talent calibration, facilitating classes and more!

Hybrid = Work is completed at an assigned Otter facility Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.

The successful candidate will work to better understand the needs of our customers and establish ways we can best meet and surpass those needs. This position will act as a liaison between various internal functions such as operations, sales, and finance to provide an end-to-end holistic customer operations solution for one of our key strategic customers. They will understand the web of interaction between all parties involved with managing our valued customer accounts to accurately determine the best way to fill all customer requirements from a quality, quantity, and time perspective. A customer centric mindset with strong communication, analytically minded and structured skill set is a must for this role.

The Channel Marketing Coordinator reports to the Channel Marketing Manager. The role centres on activating the regional channel strategy, with the overall goal of retail/eTail sell-through and consumer brand awareness, to support revenue goals.  The Channel Marketing Coordinator will support the creation of engaging POS and digital shopping content, working daily with the sales team to support Channel Partner needs, whilst delivering launch assets on-time to service the EMEA and APAC markets.
